OceanTechUSA is owned and led by Mr. Stephen O’Malley, a civil engineer and oceanographer with over 25 years of coastal measurement experience. He has collected quality marine and weather data from rivers, ports, harbors and the coasts of North America, as well as on oil drilling platforms in the around the world.

OceanTechUSA collaborates with other companies led by reliable and respected experts to offer a wide range of high quality oceanographic measurement and data services.
